Workshop 1: Library Carpentry
Library Carpentry is software skills training aimed at the needs and requirements of library professionals. This full day workshop aims to equip library professionals with software skills that are relevant to library practice, and provide them with a platform for further self-directed learning. This workshop focusses on interactive participation. Typically this means demonstration and explanation of concepts by the trainer, and participants then working on their own laptops to solve problems presented in the lessons.

Workshop 2: Driving Facilitated Virtual Learning
This session will take attendees through how they can create virtual (webinar) training where there is an onus on the attendees to learn rather than just be talked to. The session will initially explore barriers to success and look at how these can be overcome and then move on to how to write, structure and deliver a successful facilitated virtual session.
Participants will be expected to have carried out pre-learning work as part of the session content which will involve them delivering a virtual session and then provide an analysis of it with they will share with the group.

Workshop 3: Moys Workshop
The Joys of Moys workshop will be a hands on practical introduction to the mysteries of the Moys Legal Classification Scheme. The aim is for you to be able to confidently and accurately classify your books after completing the workshop.
